Kanye talks about his Wedding plans with Kim Kardashian

AWW ! I'm so happy for both of them, and to think Kanye is anticipating the big day is just too beautiful..Kanye West's wedding to Kim Kardashian, will be "next summer," the newly engaged Chicago MC announced on Power 106’s Big Boy’s Neighborhood this morning. 

West, 36, proposed to Kardashian, 33, last week and hasn't had much time to think of wedding details, but he does have two words on the brain thus far: "Fighter jets," he said.

And fighter jets he just might get. In a separate interview during her weekend birthday celebration, Kardashian bowed to her soon-to-be-hubby's creative mind, telling People.com that the ceremony would be "whatever he wants."

'Ye also answered one of the biggest questions about his wedding. Describing his relationship with the relality star as "the perfect balance," he said that there's no current deal to televeise his wedding, but he may consider one and donate the paycheck to charity. "I would take as much as possible, if somebody's gonna pay me to broadcast it," he said, adding, "People got all these perceptions of what they think makes something official or non-official. What's official is some bills." Besides, he said in all-too-serious jest, "Me and Kim are in the exploitation business."

But 'Ye still draws the line at being antagonized by the parparazzi. "I should be respected to the highest extent for what I've been able to accomplish at this age," he said, using Big Sean and John Legend as examples of how his influence makes stars become more visible; citing Rihanna, who he said was "just a pop star" before his help; and throwing in, "the fact that I wrote a song called 'Find Your Love' that I gave toDrake.

"I should be respected," he said again. "And anyone disrespecting me should be checked. Period."

Also in the interview, West freestyled, named Drizzy, Kendrick Lamar and Pusha T among his favorite rappers, and encouraged others to "take one percent" of his confidence level and "add that to your every day."

Not to be the one to confuse confidence with cockiness, however, 'Ye gave one other detail about his wedding. He said, getting married won't be about a "wow-factor" per se. "It's no surprises. It's just about me doing it in the right way."

Barcelona will host Real Madrid in the Nou Camp for the eagerly anticipated latest installment of the El CLassico. Both teams have had a change of manager during the summer as Barcelona led by Tarto Martino has led the team to the summit of the table while Madrid led by former Chelsea and Milan coach Carlo Ancellotti are just three points behind the league leaders.

Two of the best players in the world Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo will resume their battle for the best player in the world and also added to the mix is their new respective sidekicks –Neymar regarded as the next best thing after Messi and Ronaldo signed for 57 million from Santos during the summer and a possible heir to Messi’s throne and Gareth Bale the world most expensive player signed from Tottenham for a world record fee of 100 million dollars and has also been likened to Ronaldo. Both of them are expected to get a first taste of the El Classico today.

Barcelona started the season on  a high winning their first seven games in the league  but saw their 100 percent record come to an end last week with a goalless draw against Osasuna. They also played a one all draw against AC Milan midweek in the Champions League. Barcelona seems to have lost some steam in their last two games and will be keen to bounce back against their arch rivals. Barcelona has a poor record against Madrid in their recent games as the Blaugrana have not won in their last five meetings against Madrid. They were eliminated by Real Madrid in the semifinal of the Copa Del Rey last season and will be keen to break their duck. Neymar has fit into the Barcelona set up very well and have performed admirably in the absence of Messi.

The Argentine returned from injury last week and scored the equaliser against Milan in the Champions League .He is currently the top scorer in El Classico history with 16 goals and will looking further to increase that tally.Captain Carles Puyol made his return from injury last week and played the whole 90 minutes at Osasuna but may likely revert back to the bench as Coach Martino may pair Gerard Pique and Javier Mascherano at the back with the trio of Xavi, Iniesta and Busquet in midfield and Messi, Neymar and Sanchez in attack.

 Real Madrid started their regime under Carlo Ancelloti on a slow note as they have struggled with form and consistency this season. They tend to struggle in their away games and no bigger away game than the El Classico. They played arguably their best game of the season last weekend in their 2-0 victory against Malaga. But in derby games form goes out of the window as the players will look to continue their recent superiority over Barcelona. Ronaldo has good memories in his last two games at the Nou Camp as he has scored three goals in his last two games at the Camp.He has seven goals in his last six games against Barcelona and will fancy his chances today.Bale has yet to light up the Bernabeau since his mega money signing move, with just one league goal to his name he has a lot to prove in probably the biggest game of his career so far.Madrid will probably go for 4-3-3 formation with the Varane and Ramos the centre back pairing and with trio of Khedira, Modric and Isco in midfield and Ronaldo, Bale and Di Maria in attack.

 A win for either side will tilt the advantage to the side. A win for Barcelona will further stretch their lead over Madrid to six points while a Madrid victory will draw them level.

The importance of Self-Worth

Hi guys , its been a while since I blogged, I'm so sorry, I've been occupied with school. The topic I have today is very relative. It happens in our day to day lives as individual and we never realize it. it is KEYi repeat, KEY for every female to possess a high level of self-worth. This week in school for me has been dramatic.I noticed a junior girl in year8 liked this boy and didnt know how to communicate it to him other than hitting him intentionally to get his attention by force. he became irritated and came to me his "school mother" lol after I claimed him as my school son. he told me about how she used to randomly disturb him for no reason. I spoke to her and she told me that she liked him Lool Imagine. So just yesterday, I saw them walking together a rose hallway, and asked him who she was to him.And guess what this young boy said? he told me that she was an acquaintance , just an acquaintance that he only talks to her because he needs something or is just somehow forced to. I literally wanted to cry for the girl because I really liked her, and felt ad for her. immediately I called her and tilde her what she said, just so she knows where she stands in his life. when into,d her, she wanted to cry because she was very emotional but I told her not to bother and just advised her on what to do.  I understand that  it's only natural for usto become auddenlyattractedtl some.I'm intact a victim of this Lool. Every girl/woman must NEVERbecome unimportant or just a mere "option" for anybody. Self worth is simply knowing who you are, and realizing that you shouldn't be treated in the wrong way and making people understand that too. We must carry ourselves with respect and dignity..Funny enough, this same young boy that doesn't like this girl/thinks lowly of her now, will come running back in a few years..So there's really nothing to worry about,.Maturity is also an important characteristic of a person that has self-worth .Ifyou are not mature enough to understand situations you'll fall a victim to such things like this. This is just something that I experienced this week and promised to share it with you guys. pelase apply it to your lives and Thank me later :D 😘😘.

- Interested artistes would be required to download their preferred instrumental, record on, and submit their entries( not exceeding 1)

- The entries would close at a given date, before being collated.

-The best 20 entries would be released and published on an online HDS platform (Site) for the public to vote their top 5.

- The 5 entries with the highest votes – the Top 5, would be announced and contacted to feature in the video recording of the Grand studio cypher hosted by ace Producer, K9myx which would take place on the 16th!

Sad news as a fatal airplane crash occurred today.It killed a lot of people and left only few survivors.According to the news, a lot of prominent people were involved in the plane crash, some including;Obasanjo's son and Agagu's family members etc. The plane was also said to have been carrying the corpse of Agagu..Our condolences to everyone who lost a family member or a loved one, May God comfort you as you pass through this tough and painful phase. Meanwhile lets all keep praying for Nigeria;for peace, safety,love,and all other virtues to reign in this country.

New music - Modupe Aweda - Super God

Here’s something for our Gospel lovers in the house. Checkout Modupe Aweda, making her debut with nice song titled “Super God“.

Born and raised in Christian home in Osu, Osun State, Modupe grew up singing in the church. After graduating from secondary school, she studied Performing Art at University of Ilorin, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Art (BA) in Performing Art with a concentration in music – vocal performance.

 

She did session work as a backup singer for a wide variety of artists, served as choir coordinator for 3 consecutive session in Methodist Campus Fellowship (MCF), awarded with best female artist in 2000/01 in the department of Performing Arts. Music to her is more than passion, it’s a calling as well. 

 

This young lady (Modupe Aweda) is blessed with the potential for singing. Modupe is generally associated with youth and they say wisdom comes with age, but rarely does one person simultaneously possess both in abundance.  I truly believe that she is doing what she was made to do. If her vocal ability is unmatched… Which it is… & this is the top SINGERS of all time… An unparalleled technique, a very unique, deep vocal tone and so much soul and power. Modupe Aweda is the queen of gospel singing.
